Your right to cancel:

You can cancel your order within a period of seven working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. Cancellation must be notified in writing (letter or email) within this time. Goods should be returned in their original condition within fourteen days of receipt. 

Refunds:

Cancellation of order:

If you change your mind and cancel under the terms above, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (cheque or PayPal credit) upon receipt of the returned goods in good condition. Please note we do not pay the costs of returning goods in these circumstances.

Faulty or damaged goods:

Please notify in writing within seven days of receipt. Goods will be exchanged or refunded in the form of the original payment .

Delivery:

Prices do not include delivery. Delivery prices for artwork are calculated based on delivery address. Framed artwork can be delivered only within the UK.  Unframed work can be delivered overseas.

We aim to despatch prints within five working days of receipt of payment. Customers will be given an anticipated despatch date for artwork. Late delivery will not constitute a breach of contract and Donna Faber will not be responsible for any consequential loss.

When the studio is closed for holidays or any other reason this will be stated on the Home Page and a date will be given when orders will be processed.

These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
